What we stand for and how we act

Flow4Future has a holistic view of the world where all parts are integrated. Everything is connected and every single person has an impact on their environment that contributes to the evolutionary development of individuals, organisations, and societies.

The key to a positive world development lies in the awareness and understanding of how everything is connected, where the interaction between individuals and the interaction between man and nature is crucial for our continued survival on this planet.

Our mission and purpose is to increase collective consciousness and thereby contribute to a more open and inclusive world. Through the development of individuals' awareness and self-esteem, we want to ensure the sustainable development of organisations, societies and nations and thereby contribute to our vision of a world where people cooperate and live in harmony with each other and with mother earth.

It begins with us. We want to build a company that reflects the world we want to create; conscious, diverse, open, and inclusive. Flow4Future is established to contribute to this better world, thus Flow4Future shall have the highest operational standards of transparency, respect, cooperation, ethics, and integrity.

All employees and associates in all forms, partners, and suppliers, are always to be treated with dignity and respect. Openness and honesty are one of our cornerstones. We always respect and follow internal and external agreements and contracts.

Accessibility is a matter of honour for us. We strive to always be as available as possible, and we expect the same from everyone who collaborates with us.

Individuals with the same experience, performance and qualifications shall receive equal pay for equal work with respect to those performing the same jobs under similar working conditions. We always strive for good and safe employment conditions and compensation levels that are customary in the relevant markets.

There is no room in our internal or external communications for harsh language, profanity, obscenity, or malicious intent.

We are always kind and respect each other’s emotions – also when delivering bad news or disagreeing. We don’t take things personally when they are not personal.

We are not only colleagues but also team-mates. We care for each other deeply and show that in action and words. We always strive to be the best versions of ourselves and as a team. We are curious and open-minded regarding different views and ways of solving problems
