This course is primarily aimed at managers and leaders who are new to their roles but is also suitable for more experienced managers who want to rehearse basic leadership skills.
The training is also valuable for people in leadership positions without direct personnel responsibility, e.g., project managers.

The course structure is three days in boarding form, i.e. 2 overnight stays. We start at 9.00 on the first day and ends at 15.00 day three.
