If you want to become a leader who can read situations and adapt your leadership style to the situation, then you should go the Situational Leadership program.

Situational Leadership is one of the world's most completed leadership courses. The training is based on Paul Hersey's leadership model, where the basic approach is to lead by giving the employee a combination of the right directives and support in every situation the employee is in. The training develops your abilities to communicate effectively, act quickly, read situations and see employee's needs.

The course in Situational Leadership runs over two days with one overnight stay. We start at 9.00 on the first day and ends at 15.00 day two.
