Johan

Johan is truly interested in people and building relations. He understood at an early age that relations are important and that a good relationship is something you must earn. It always starts with yourself and is based on honesty and living up to what you say. Johan's motto is that good relationships with others begin with a good relationship with yourself.

Johan is a trained childcare worker but has been involved in sales most of his professional life. In 1993, Johan started at Bonniers as a salesperson for the business magazine Veckans Affärer. Later as sales manager, he was involved in the start of the business magazine Månadens Affärer. Johan has also worked as a media advisor and analyst for TV Strategerna. 

In 2000, Johan started Concierge by Excellence where he organised events and managed the company's own customer club as well as the customer clubs; Lifestyle Club, Eurocard Club, Diners Club and Jaguar & Landrover Club. 

2011 marked the start of my rather flattering role as agent and representative for Anders Jacobsson, who is one of the two creators behind the exceedingly popular characters Sune, Bert, and Håkan Bråkan.

In 2012, Johan started a company in environment and sustainable energy. Johan is one of two founders of the company, which today is called Jord. AB. 

Johan's professional career has brought many social contacts and lots of meetings with different people. Over time, Johan noticed that many of the people he met seemed stressed. This made Johan think about where our society is headed. We see a trend towards higher and higher demands on performance and increased availability, and this often leads to mental illness. Not prioritizing taking care of ourselves has become a major social problem. 

Dalai Lama describes this in a thoughtful way:

“What surprises me most is “Man” because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he doesn’t enjoy the present; The result being he doesn’t live in the present or the future; He lives as if he’s never going to die, and then he dies having never really lived.” 

The idea of Flow4Future was born from the desire to create change. Through increased knowledge and awareness, contribute to a more sustainable social development and ultimately a more sustainable world.
