Training program for owners, board, and CEO.
The program aims to give the participants the following knowledge:
- In-depth insights into strategic management and organisation
- Good practical and pragmatic management, managerial and leadership skills
- To be able to independently develop management systems and procedures that create effective stakeholder relations
- In-depth insights into the factors that affect business operations at all levels: meta-, macro-, meso-, micro- and person
- In-depth insights into how to run efficiency and development work
- To be able to structure and analyse business financial problems around profitability and efficiency
- To be able to adapt the company's personnel policy to the demands of society and the individual
- To be able to interpret and apply labour law and the collective agreement's provisions and recommendations requirements
- To be able to act in a practical leadership and know how to motivate people to effectively work for greater customer value and thus also create a more competitive organization with a better financial result
- To be able to positively influence the company's financial results through good planning of work routines, purchasing and inventory routines as well as good customer knowledge
- To be able to actively work with environmental and quality management as well as safety issues.
- To be aware of the importance of social and environmental responsibility
The studies are characterized by active knowledge seeking, problem solving and reflection. The working methods vary between individual work, work in groups, practical exercises, seminars, and lectures.
